I moved mine up to the front for the install Mid but I didn't raise mine that high. Also used a scissor jack to raise and lower my back wheel and a carpet dolly on the front to help keep it from tilting forward.
i used the reccomended high lift jack on the shotgun shock, even that one took a few time to gain complete access. ill tell you this, with it up that far youll wanna put a jack under the rear tire when busting the rear bolts loose, youll have to steady the bike while torquing the bolts, so id say, get the higg lift, and use your current jack under the rear wheel.
Cant help you with the plate Wayne but for the swingaem bag - get the 5" bag from Leatherworks (5" is the larger size) I have one and its great quality and many others on the board have the same one and love it.
kingjoey - bike is lookin sick -- the mirrors tied in with yer Z barz great
(now lose them dam rear reflectors lol)
anitchrome - the seat looks to be a bare bones (with stich pattern) - Not meant to be to comfy but that the price you pay for the best looking seat - also depends on yer *** etc.. and your "whine" level
Seat - lepera diamond stitch with biker gel, no comfort complaints there, but im also used to riding with about a 4 inch circle of blisters and burns where the hole in the pipe wrap used to be...... im stoopid like that.
Thanks for the advice guys. I think I will just do like Ash said and get something under the front wheel for when I have to raise the back up (yes I will tie it down)
