Any cheap/fast/easy mods guys are doing to change the look of their trains?

My plans are to rid the bags, go with Rolland sands tracker and rid some chrome, re-locate lice plate, black the trees and fork lowers. I love these pipes but I just want them black

Not sure which bars I want yet.

What are some good websites online to buy stuff and ship to Canada? Other than eBay

 

The guy I bought it from didn't like the look of it so he took it off and couldn't find it when I went to pick it up. He said he was going to mail it to me but I might have to find a new one.
