Ha ha! None of the rounds are live so no worries there. It's definitely harder to find these kind.

Thanks man. It was a major pain in the *** getting the old shifter peg off. I haven't ridden my bike on base yet since adding the bullets so I'm wondering if they'll give me crap for it. :-)

What size shells fit over the engine bolts? They look great on your bike. Would fit a military theme for sure.

Rundown of the parts...

-JP Cycles bullet headlight
-Lepera Bare Bones seat
-2010 Fatboy rear fender
-Alloy Art turn signals (on end of struts)
-$60 cheap Ebay sidemount plate holder
-18x5.5 DNA 60 spoke
-Arlen Ness Rad II mirrors
-HD swingarm bag (narrow 3 inch version)
-Progressive lowering kit

And that covers most of the cosmetics...for now!
What rear fender struts did you use?

Thanks branner.

Thanks ash, looks like the springs is the better option.

08Nighttrain these are factory 200mm struts, PC'd black and mounted Alloy Art turn signals to the ends. If I did it over again, I would've used the INNER struts on the outside, and shopped the fender even shorter (kinda like a cheap Heartland DIY Hearltand kit)

New here on the forum, Just thought I'd stop on in and post a picture of my bike, its just a relatively stock Night Train, a little done here and there to make it mine, but I love the look of a stock NT and with them being discontinued think I will keep it that way, I bought this one brand new in 2009. I cant wait to get it back out and ride again, I've had it out a handful of times this year so far, but just when I think its going to warm up it snows again, like it is right now. Look forward to hanging around the forum and seeing what everyone has done to their bikes
