Ya I been looking at it more and I am gonna say no to the ww - takes away from that "exile look' you got dialed in.
plus who wants to have to clean those things lol
I wasn't planning on cleaning em! The dirt is part of the look! Lol
Scuba & Moomba...get a photobucket account, load your pics to it, and copy the IMG link and paste it in your post. Easiest way I know.
Thanks guys for the replies and props. coming from the owners of some of the sickest bikes on the forum...means a lot. Still undecided. I love the rat rod WW look, but might need different wheels to pull it off. Don't get me wrong, love the look as is, but the one thing this forum taught me is how to spend more money! Just playing with some ideas for the winter projects.....

get the photoshop guys to ww my bike and black the pipes out - then you can see what it looks like with spokes
edit*** forget the above -- I forgot about the fat tires
Leave the tires as is JR...not diggin the ww on those fatties. As far as winter projects and blowing money, I'm tapped out! Now I'm just gonna focus on paying this bitch off so I can get a road glide...not getting rid of the train though!!
A short while back someone posed a pic of their train with a H-D quarter fairing mounted. I've been searching but can't seem to find it. Can anyone help?
Lawman, it's a standard HD 2006 Vrod fairing. It fits right onto the 5.75" stock Night Train headlight. Getting it to work and look right with the handle bars is the biggest head ache.
My 06 Night Train. All tins powder coated black, PM Riviera wheels, Mammoth Choppers solo seat, lowered front and back. Mods for this season: new-to-me-exhaust, had to piece together heat shields and exhaust pipes off ebay, one piece at a time. Had to sand blast chrome off top heat shield and painted black with DEI high temp header paint, still at a fraction of cost for a brand new set of V&H Big Shots and I love the looks and sound with quiet baffles. All mods for this season: z-bars, 3.5" risers with 1 pullback, Arlen Ness mirrors, Avon grips with billet end caps, HD tri-bar led tail light, license plate side mount relocation, spike air cleaner, Kuryakyn run-turn-brake controller, and Radiantz led turn signal/tail lights.
