OK not picture related at all and NEVER had an issue like this ever, thankfully maybe my luck is changing. I thought for sure i had counter balancer bearing or some chit going out ..Any feedback, input , better maintenance ect... appreciated -read on please.

Has anyone ever had this oddity, Paniced I thought I had a bad bearing, awful noise throughout low - mid and high range and even some vibration at low rmp and low speeds.

Bike (06 night train) ran perfect on Saturday on an all day cruise close to 400 miles round trip, hit some heavy thunderstorms Saturday night and still no problems.

Well this morning the bike was a filthy mess so i washed the bike with my power washer, blew it off and an hour later went for a ride -Everything Fine still.

20 minutes into my ride get terrible almost grinding noise and vibration, pull over check all fluids All good do the bike every 2K, an inspection shows nothing unusual...............

THE FIX after nursing the bike home..
WD/40 the **** out of the belt ... vibration and noise gone

anyone else ever run across this??? is there a better product for my belt then wD/40

Sounds like it might need a belt adjusment? Maybe running too tight, or rubbing against the side of the pulley? Doesn't seem like the belt would cause all that much vibration, when mine was off a bit, it was only noticeable when rolling slowly around a parking lot or in the garage.
