Thanks Mark, might swap out the pulley over the winter, but for now I think I'm just gonna file down the primary a bit. It's not rubbing bad, just on bigger bumps. Starting to wear the ribs just a little. Any noticeable top end loss with the smaller pulley? Do the 65 tooth rear pulleys fit our bikes? Might be easier to change that than the primary pulley.
I live on a Island so it's perfect for me... I have to cruz at around 70 instead of 80 but it's punchy on the freeway and takes off in 5th like your in 3rd... lol For you I would try the grinding the primary, just make sure it's nice and smooth incase it still touches once in awhile... As for the 65T pulley for the rear, I'm not sure but I would think still have to take apart the primary to get the new belt on.
A handful of parts arrived today pipes , lisence side mount, timer cover, coil WRONG one, RSD fork brace, grips, levers, axle and pivot bolt covers .
NO Bars till Tuesday and tank was supposed to arrive today but Colormania didnt ship it on Monday like he was supposed to------instead he shipped it today!!!!!! not real happy with that. My Heartland shipped out yesterday to Biker image then he'll reship to me.
