Well, I was busier than I expected at work tonight but I still got started on the new modified HL plate holder.

 

How/where you mounting it?

I was thinking the same location for mine too, that's going to look sharp... Yep have my solo heartland kit ordered from Wes @ Biker Image, planning to fab up a (AMBI-dexterous) mount so i can switch plate to right side if i throw a swingarm bag on during longer cruises..

 

Damn 2trains, you officially are NOT wasting any time haha. It's gonna look killer I'm sure.

I gotta lay off doing **** to the bike for a bit. I got a few other projects I'm working on. I inherited some handguns from my dad, some his, some were his father's. Gotta get them all cleaned up and do a little trigger work.

 

OK so I'm officially broke now, I;ve spent almost the entire $5,100.00 insurance check on necessary upgrades I just have one last item remaining but unsure what route to go....

Heartland ---Ride, Rack and Rest or the Two up with sissybar? They both cost the same but thanks to Bikers Image I can get either almost $200 under list.

So 2 up or R,R & R...?

 

I’d go with the second seat, They both look a little silly to me plus the almost grand is just more than I wanna pay, but the 2nd seat looks better. It has a sissy bar to strap stuff too so it can do everything except be a back rest and those are for sissies anyway.

 

Ya pricey I can get them for $750 that's still awful high ..
plus I'm divorced so who needs a second seat-----but then on the other hand I'm now single so i may well want that xtra seat hahaha
