No warranty on the bike. Bought it used so warranty was only good for 30 days. They're working with me on the price since I've only put 1300 miles on it since purchase and it only has 6400 total on it. I really don't want to spend this amount of money now but if I ever plan to do it, now is definitely the time since i'm getting the cut on labor.

If figure with 3"-4" risers these bars should sit right where the current bars do. Since I like the current riding position, I'm trying to keep it close to that.

So I took off my 8" risers and put my 6" back on. I think it looks better with the lower front end the 8"s look funny. They are for sale now. I will go apes soon just a 12". Anyway thought I would share a few pics from my last ride up the north shore of lake superior.

Looks good. IMO keep the setup you have now just powder them (bars and risers black).

Default lowering rear

I have a question (possibly a dumb one) I am planning on lowering my bike in the rear with lowering bolts and drop ins up front BUT... I am wondering if the rear is already lowered? Its hard to tell cause these stock fender trains I am seeing look way high compared to my bike It is an 04' but the previous owner had the heartland 200 kit installed. Would it have been done at the same time/ is it part of the kit? What should I be looking for?

Thnx guys -

Mid - your bike looks lowered already. Look at the front of the shocks. See if there is thread showing on each side of the mounting plate that the studs mount thru. Seems the fender would be a lot higher off the tire if no lowering kit were installed.

Thanks man! I was thinking of plasti dipping the risers black. But I'm liking the idea of a 12" santee ape black with 1.5" chrome risers stock cover. Then a solo bare bones seat and some day a short round top rear fender.
