I painted them with Spray Paint. I did it right though and have no doubt its going to hold up.

start with the rear so it doesnt look 4x4 ish
Thanks man. I didn't use Plastidip at all. I used spray paint on everything (self etching primer, flat black, followed by light clear coats). Here are some pics of the process. Not bad for a rattle can right! The hardest part really was all the prep work (tape, etc.).
oh sorry disco, for some reason i was thinking it was you that pastidiped the headlight and front stuff.... my bad..... but damn that looks good. Plus i know someones bike that you can come do next! lol
Ok so I cleaned the bottom of the motor off, went for a 60 mile ride today and checked it when I got back. Looks like the oil is seeping out between the two halves of the engine case. What the f#@k. It's not that bad but def noticeable and it was obviously enough to leave a few drops on the driveway the other day. I left a shop towel underneath it to see if it would drip overnight.
The Train is am 06 and had 5300 miles on it when I bought it last August. The dealer said it had a 30 day warranty. Well this past Feb I got a warranty card in the mail that said its a 2 year warranty, good until Aug 2013. Guess I'll be calling about this.
Anyone else seen oil around the gasket that is between the two halves of the bottom of the engine?
Pat just for the record you got raped on MW3 last night lol.
Hi G
dawg, I get raped everytime I play that game lol. I don't play it enough. Now dial up some NCAA football and I'll rock your world.
G read the mail, thanks!
Ok so I'm officially off the bedrest today. Still doctor appt. everyday and blood draws everyday til they get the thinners to the right level. When I got home from the appt. tellin me I could use my crutches I went right on up to my shop and started in on the bars for my wifes bike. they'll be here tomorrow, but I took off the old ones and got some prep work done...
I guess the clot is still there but the risk of throwing it through my body is over.. whew. few shaky days there. anytime I moved I was hoping that wasn't gonna be the time I shook the thing loose.
