It’s metal man and I’m pissed with it for now. Wasted enough time and money I didn’t have on it trying to paint it. I can’t get it to look good enough to go on my bike. I’m either gettin trash in it, runs, or orange peel you name it. I’ve tried painting it 3 times so I’m done for now it’s going back on the back burner. So you wont see it any time soon I said F@#k It for now.

Yeah they are doing live fights streaming on facebook the kongo barry fight is sometime tonight I believe.

 

Yea I got an ok deal on it, the powder coat guy is behind and takes weeks so I just tried it for ***** and grins man. I guess I’ll end up taking it anyway and waiting. Besides it only comes in chrome and we can’t rock that crap It’s gotta be black mang one way or another. I learned my lesson this time I think. . . I think. . . . No more back yard paint jobs for James’s ****

What kind of paint were you using, Abb? I've painted a few things with appliance epoxy and they turn out really well.

First I blasted the chrome off and used a self etching primer and I had some black enamel and i put a coat on and ran out so I bought a can of acrylic lacquer and found out real quick they don’t mix it cracked and looked bad so I blasted it and tried the Poly primer and paint we have at work but I didn’t have any fine paper to sand the primer so it had a lot of trash and looked rough. so I sanded that at home and tried another coat of the lacquer and it looked fair but not good enough so I sanded that with some 1500 and hit it with the finish (I was Hoping) and I got freaking run in it so I gave up after that man. I could get it I think if I could do it in the booth at work but I rushed it cuz My boss cut me back after 3 hours and I’d rather do it on their time than mine. Actually your guys time you pay me lol. He said I could paint it again next weekend if we’re slow like we have been so IDK might try it again we’ll see. Probably gonna jus PC and be done with it
