3rd 4th week in sept. is pretty good.It takes the rain that happens in October out of it unless mother nature gets freaky.Not that bad at night but warmer in sept.Still near hot and nice nights.Colors are just beginning to change.

Chuck - It does get a lil windy. So long sleeves and or Jackets after dark. If anyone shows up with assless chaps I'm out OF THE CLOSET! LoL
Tart - naw man kept scoot at home. Tornado watch here yesterday and rain all weekend.

Thanks for the info, G! I'd be up for Sept if it's good for everyone. I just need a little time to build up vacation time, but don't really want to ride in a convection oven like it's been down here. The Yanks would be able to go if it's not too late in the year also...... LOL! I was thinking the same ride that had already been planned. Tenn, Tail of the Dragon, whatever. Would love to hit some mountain roads again!
