I have been wanting a n open primary since i bought the bike. Ive put about 250 miles on the bike since i put it on and no issues. It was a pretty easy install, only thing about them is that they are shipped with a trans main-shaft bearing for 08+ softails, the bearing is black. 07 softails require a different bearing then what it is shipped with. Other then that it is a real straight forward install. Clutch adjustment is the same procedure as the stock harley basket also, my adjustment ended up being a turn out. Only real complaint i have is the anodized black, in certain light it looks like a dark purple. This upcoming winter i am powder-coating the motorplate, covers, pulley and clutch backet the same color as my fork legs.

cnc... yea i you tubed the install looks easy peasy...who did you order from?....i was gonna go with dennis kirk, it was cheaper with the 2010 mag but with the new 2011, its up to 1900....i think it was 1750 or 18 before, cant remember but i cant afford it yet anyhow...is it narrower then the stock primary i scrape mine some and looking to not scrape the 2000 dollar drive..lol...yours an 07 like mine i take it

I work at the local H-d shop so i ordered through Drag Specialties. My cost was about 1650. It is definatly allot narrower then the stock primary and in general has more ground clearance. I did raise my bike up about 3/4 inch btw just in case. One other thing to consider is to get a ness or exile cycles kickstand, you will not be able to run your stock kickstand. And yes mine is an 07.
