Finally got through the old Night Train Thread, figured I'd post some pics of mine. It is cool to see the transformation of some of yer bikes. NTs are definitely my favorite.

Thanks Story, coming along little by little. Been admiring what you've done with yours since I've been on the forum. I've been waiting to pull the trigger on putting on the 200 rear tire. I've got red powder coated rims and the 9 inch wide strutless fender. I took the fender off and was ready to cut the horns but backed off (chickened out). I still like the way it looks now. There's always next winter.

2D - don't be scared. Just get in there and do it. You won't think about it again. I did find that gloss black kitchen appliance epoxy paint matches the frame's powder coat quite nicely. I shot a couple coats of primer on first.

BTW: your bike is looking quite nice as it sits.

Chuck, It's gonna look like sin!

I did my updates for this year, but those Phat rear tires.. I like....
I might bite the bullet and do a PM Phatail kit next year.

You know, have you guys ever added up what we have in these things?
I'm in the mid 30's....
I gotta be crazy, but it's sooo much fun.

Brian, post some pics when you can.

after you cut off the horns add a little OSFO(sp?) to stop rust from surfacing.
