ok on a serious note. MY BROTHERS WHEELS ARE RUSTING!!! hes had them out 3 times and washed it once! the rust is right where the spokes go through the rim.(between the rim and the nipples) is it just me or the very unacceptable for almost $1000 in wheels? DNA wheels by the way!

any of you guys had this problem? and any idea how to get rid of it or fix it without ripping apart the wheels?
