I thought santa forgot me we'll here she is I'll be in the garage for the next few hours. Go to the softail standard thread and look on pg101 rkduq20 he took a fender and modified his stock struts that looks good. Oh ya I got a little shift **** happy waiting for it to show up.

Had a few minutes while the paint was drying on my forward control bracket(slight modification) I gotta say this is some high quality fabricatio from these guys.

OregonKickStart - sounds good to me. You do have a keeper wife too! I show my wife pics of stuff and she just asks me if I've ordered it or when I plan to. She does say when she thinks something won't look good on the bike tho. Good lady!

Back when we had to build our parts and not just buy them from a catalog or shop (don't get me wrong, I am a J&P Cycles JUNKIE!!), what one would do is slice the fender down the middle and weld in a strip to widen it... Kinda outdated, but if you weld and want to really put some of yourself in your bike that is how I would do it.

Whose shifter kit did you get? Was it really easy to install and how complete was it?

nt30 LaBriola. Complete,kit had to chop my forward control plate a little bit but no biggie.

Heres a few pics of my tach (didn't have orange) and my pipes on gotta lot of small stuff left to do but majority is complete
