@ 2DB, like that front rim, who's makin them ?

 

I like those bars and that fat a$$ front tire 2D.

 

What do you guys think about this speedo? Not the whole console, but just the speedo for my bike?

 

I like the speedo... but never liked the idea of having to go to the dealer to have the speedo reset??? Did you look into the speedo/tach combo?

 

It's pretty cool but it kinda looks like it belongs on a bike in a different country to me. I like what your idea of using a throwback speedo though.

 

Yeah it would be awesome if I could find one with 15K. I've seen the speedo/tach combo ones, but haven't seen one that I'm not going break the bank for a speedo.

Ash- I would really like to find one with a white face, but I haven't see too many like the one I posted.

 

If you buy on line they set the speedos to what you tell them.If you know your parts man they will help you also.

 

I think I could get my parts guy to help me out. I'll have to give him a call tomorrow. So now the question is which one. I'm really leaning towards the white one from a deluxe.

Yeah that internal throttle is going to be tricky.
There is a bike I see quite often with similar bars that has the internal throttle.
I'm going to hit him up, hopefully it's not electronic. This guy also has his brake line running through there as well.

Story, I'm always on the look out for a shifter. Part of the fun for me is finding the deals swap meets, craig's list etc. I'm a cheap guy.
If it ends up being a LA I would be pleased.
