$5000.00 ?
I traveled to another dealer to get mine because the first one adds a minimum $1500.00 in accessories before they put it on the floor. And won't include the stock parts. ANd if they told you that seat was "reworked", the person was smoking crack. It's a standard sprung seat.

Was at the Plainfield IN dealership yesterday and they had a customized bonez right up front when you walk in. 18" rims 'Kontrast Kut', Metzers, RS A/C, Kontrast Kut sprocket, frame mounted seat, V&H 'Competition Series' Black 2:1 pipe. Origanally asking 25 something down to 23 something. It'll probably move at something close to that price if its how you wanted your bike. Personally don't think its nearly as nice to say 'I bought it this way'.
Sorry you'll have to visuallize, we showed up at closing and they turned off the lights - no good for BB pics. There website doesnt' have it either.

Yup.....Do it yo-self is the way to go. I can understand folks not wanting to say......tear a motor or transmission down. But bolt on stuff ain't hard. And I have a problem with people who don't want to learn. The rewards are too great if you do it. But........I have a son-in-law that won't even change a turn signal buld on his bass boat trailer.........takes it to the dealer......Oh well, my daughter puts up with it. And they seem as happy as anyone. I gave up trying to help him learn any thing.
