My new Crossbones with black flush mount gauge/gas cap and tri bar tail light. I have a set of 16" gimps in the mail and new grips and pipes. I'll post updated pics when everything gets put on.

I felt the bike did not need a lot at first glance at the dealership. Then after they offered me $2000 below MSRP, I all of a sudden discovered that there was plenty of things I would have liked to see on the bike:

Black narrow beach bars
Black diamond braided cables
Black billet shifter & Brake levers
Standard solo saddle
V & H Big Shots
Stage 1 kit
Wrinkle black primary cover
Wrinkle black rocker covers
Nostalgic crips & black levers (on the way)

I am thinking about a sissy bar and bags.

 

Yeah. I took those the first night I got it home. The reflectors have come off along with the front turn signals and the right mirror. I flipped my mirror on the left side and it looks alot better. It's the same setup that I had on my nightster, just a bigger motor

 

some pics of the new mods. tank lift and lindbar. still have to put on my black levers and engine covers and one day remember to take those reflectors off

 

Hey whiteguy, i tried to get Harley to remove my front fender, but they said it is a part of the fork and cant be removed with this model (2009) im pretty sure they are wrong and your bike is proof. Unless you did somthing i dont know about? How did u do it?

Who makes those black upswept fishtails? can you get them in black ceramic like the vance & hiens stuff?

mine are samson. the heat sheilds are coated with black ceramic. they were priced kinda high but after a little looking around i found a new set for a couple hundred cheaper. hope that helps.
