Hard to describe sound and tone but fishtails have a distinct sound. I use the term 'crack' but I assume the shape of the exhaust openings accentuates certain frequencies or the standing waves (reversion) effect alters the sound.

I'm thinking of installing V&H dual exhaust on my deluxe. Did you notice any loss of power when you went to the dual exhaust?

Man I love the look of apes on this bike. I am going with Wild 1 16" with their 1..5" risers.

Did you lower the rear? It looks like it may be lowered. Any pics of the other side?

I had a Bare Bones on my Night Train and loved it. Looks good on your scoot...

Thanks Strat,

18" with 1.5 risers. LePera bare bones gives it that lower look. Actually, you will sit about 24 inches...that's really low.

I asloplan on lowering the rear end one to one and a half inches more and add a 21 inch from wheel. That $hit is gonna look outa' control!!
