Due to the risers. I was going to go with 18's and now Im very glad I didn't.

Finally found a set of Samson true duals in stock online and bought them. Put them on today. I am about done for now. Trying to decide if I want to add air ride or tinker with the engine a bit. Here she is now:

I'd say slam that scoot! At least 2" in front and add a shotgun to the rear.
