I went with 3.5" and then spent a year tracking down a 21/120 WWW tire from Vee Tires, but I have seen the night train on several bikes and it looks fine. Plus it fits the 90/90/21 white wall tire better that is most commonly found.

It's not done yet. I still have some chrome I have to kill plus suspension work and I've been toying with the idea of a foot clutch/suicide shift setup!
Got a question for all those of you running 21"s- I have the ability to grab a nighttrain stocker and am being told it will look "foolish". Any thoughts?

I'm running a Night Train stock rim, does it look foolish? Some like a wider rim, or fat spokes, but I was going for the "What would it look like if the factory did it?" look.

Yes you are right some will like it or may be some are not but i must say i like it is look great.I personally never like deluxe,But the way you worked on the bike make attractive.I am not able to explain why i love these and what is that special in these bike which other bikes don't have.Just found it attractive as compare to many on the board.
