New to this post and still working on a picture. In the mean time I've got a question for those that have Samson Longtails on your Deluxe. I just put some on my wifes 08 Deluxe and had the dealership dyno with a racetuner and already I am noticing some light gold color on the muffler from the rear cylinder. Have any of you had this happen?

Thanks, it took me a while to figure it out but I did. I would love to do the tool box, I'm thinking black, not chrome. Would also love to powdercoat the oil tank. Also a trumpet horn, fender trim like yours. It seems we have the same taste. I LOVE your bike!!! I'm also going to get a set of Bubblebags. I haven't ridden yet this year so I don't know about the mirrors. By the way, I know someone is asking about the year of this particular tank emblem....1961.

and tks for the pics for the bubba quickrelease Harry, - have been searching for some close up pictures as not sure how they hold up and if they're worth the furtune. So I guess you run without the bottom support brackets of the deluxe bags? just leave em off? Am tending towards chipping out 300 bucks for a couple of screws - how crazy are we, hee..

That is one of the three emblems my husband is looking at to put on my tank. How long is it? (Need to make sure it will fit in the painted insert.)

LUXHD, I really like your exhaust! those are exactly what Im looking for,where can I get a set?

 

The headers are stock Heritage Springer...the exhausts are Kerker.
