The rain stopped and the sun came out for the first time in 2 weeks. sop I snapped a couple of pics of the bike since I put on the dual exhaust & the new adjustable pass. pegs & board mounts.

Sorry if you've already talked about this, but I was wondering if you're new pipes are the Samson or the V&H? Also, do you remember the HD part numbers for your passenger board mounts?

Commander112. Fill me in on your seat set up. Where did you get the parts to convert it toa solo seat. Did you have to drill the bike frame to mount it? Where did you get the frame and battery cover? I'd like all the details 'cause I want to do the same thing.

 

T Rat was the key to the seat pan. He made one for his bike and had a mold that allowed him to make a few more. I bought the last one he had. The rest of the parts came out of the V-Twin catalog. I had to do a bit of cutting and trimming here and there on the brackets and seat pan to make it all work but the bike is perfectly intact and can be turned back to stockby removing 10 bolts. It took a while to make the rear seat bracket work with the seat pan. By the way,V-Twin does offer a metal seat pan.
