Nice boards. I've been wanting to put those boards on mine since I go the bike. Seems to always get bumped for something else. Want there any problems fitting? Do you have PN#?

I have to say the "old style rider" floorboards are genius, I love em

one of the best 100 bucks I've spent, for me they feel way better, the stockers are to long, it's a 15 min. max install. they seem like they need spacer when you first set them on, but look at your stock floorboards an you'll see that's how they're designed. the floorboard tabs flex into the stops on the 4 bolts to create a little pressure. simple, 1940 technology with 2007 prices plus your floorboard don't flap in the wind like dumbo's ears.

Okay, I've finally got some okay photo's to paste up here.

Bear in mind that I still have big plans for this bike, and it's not up to some of these beauties that people have been posting, but it'sa start!

I have a rear shot to also show the modified stock license bracket that I cut and bent to form a layback - You can see some of it in the side shot too.

Thanks,

Denis

CNC, nice looking bike with those apes.

Thanks,

As you can tell the bike is mostly stock. But I do have many plans for it. I'll post more as I go.

I have gotten some great ideas from this thread, thanks to everyone that has posted.

Here's a few pictures of my 05 Deluxe.

Nice seat. What is it?
Denis,

It is an Ice Age Solo with flame stitch, from Mammoth Choppers.

I have about 500 miles on it now, it gets more comfortable every mile. Leather cover, great price. I'm very happy with it.

Love that saddle! I went to the site but it says that it won't fit our bike. What did you do to get it to fit?

If you look at the picture of the seat, you will see bolts going into the frame on the sides. From the factory, those have black plastic plugs in them. Take them out, get bolts to fit, and you can bolt on any Softail seat. Be careful of the fender studs for the stock seat, I removed mine.

teshore:

How hard are those wheels to keep clean? The next set of wheels I make (for my Deluxe), I was thinking about doing a black anodized wheel and recut some features. Is the bare aluminum holding out okay? How about the black, any fade?
