Thanks bro. They are 12.5" Chubby's. Thinking of going to 16" though.

Puppylux

Did you have to change the mounting bracket for those bags on the right side or does those new pipes use the oem bracket from the orginial pipes. ?

05 HD Deluxe The V and H Big Shot/Long's that I am using have their own mounting hardware. It is a heavy 1/4 inch plate with 2 holes for mounting to the bike frame and 4 holes at the rear end to bolt on to the exhaust pipe mount point. My bags are mounted with the docking hardware for a removable back rest or the removable luggagerack that you see. I did not install the bottom re-enforcement bar on the right side because the foot bracket was removed to install the pipes. These bags are so small that I do not anticipate any problems with leaving this bar off of the bottom.

Thanks for the reply Pupplux

I am glad to hear your not having any problems without the lower bracket. I am leaning in that direction unless I can fab up a small extention over to the new exhaust bracket

I bought my seat rail & back rest pad from Zanotti Motor Co. in Butler , PA. The rail pn# 52687-97 was $120.78, and the low pad pn# 52826-97 was $70.06. I do get support out of the back rest pad since I had some foam taken out on the seat, allowing me to move back slightly. The passenger boards are the matching HD tappered boards, mounted on Kuryakyn mounts, along with a little custom work. As for the passenger seating I have a touring pillion that I put on as well as bags, & a docking kit & back rest...oh and a dockable nostalgic windsheild. I just think it looks better this way

Question for you Luxe...I also relocated my license plate, I noticed on your bike that you added 2 red dots to fill in the holes above the tomestone tailight! Did you have to modify the holes to make them fit?, and are they LED lighted or not??.....Good looking bike by the way...

The reflectors are standard license plate bolts. They come in red and blue. I got the blue ones on my saddlebags.

I did not have to enlarge the holes, they are glass reflectors. I ordered them from J&P. They are available in red, green, amber, & blue. I have blue ones on the bottom of my plate.

Cheers,

Luxe
