I sure did not need to see all those chrome forks , I can feel the money leaving my pocket. This is my 2002. Great looking bikes

 

I love that Emerald green. I bought a LowRider that color once.

Just went to a solo configuration with detachable sissy bar, and added the V&H Big Shot Longs with quiet baffles. Awesome sound and great performance with a Power Commander. Bike is an '06 with about 14,000 miles of smiles on her.

 

I like the solo look and have ordered a quick detact for my sissy bar & bags, but will prolly leave the bags on most of the time.

I figure that with the saddlebag guards on the bike, you almost have to leave the bags on. The guards look funny otherwise. Anyway, I like the look of the bags, so no problem there.

Well, now you know one. Vietnam vet, plus many years as commercial pilot, plus a lot of "off the charts" flying, solo trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic in turbo-prop aircraft, and a lot of other stuff. Don't fly anymore, though. Don't even like flying commercial, frankly.
