Cheap seat
Next I took an angle grinder, drug it backwards inside of the lines, creating a big cup, them, in a riding position, with closed eyes and noted any pressure points and ground them out. I cut a piece of gel foam I had, traced it in the bottom and cut out a space for it under the cheekbones. I then covered the whole thing with 1/4" upholstery foam (glued) and stapled the skin back on.
The seat still looks stock, but if you push down in the middle, it drops 2" before hitting the foam. SUPER comfy, and now I have what feels like a 4" backrest! Cost: $5, and every rider that sits (in) it is so surprised with how it feels!
My best mod of all, next to torque cams!
