I agree thats going to be my next purchase....That speedo and tach is AWSOME!

 

It was a little pricey, but I'm very happy with it. The install was easy and straightforward, i.e., pull out stock speedometer and plug in the new one (the factory harness is already wired for the tach), it retains all of your stock indicator lights including the green 6th gear indicator, and the color-changing backlight is VERY cool! I want to get the dakota digital speedometer to get the digital look.

I actually e-mailed Dakota Digital regarding whether that speedo/tach would work with my '07, but they weren't able to give me a definitive answer. That's when I opted for the H-D one which, btw, is only listed to work with the '07s. This leads me to believe something has changed in the wiring for the new model year.

 

You could always buy the dakota digital one and try it, if it doesn't work, send it back and get a refund.
