Believe it or not, but FatBoy's have always been my favorite. Even though I own a Heritage Classic, FatBoy's will always be my favorite. Nice rides here!
What's funny is I've added a windsheild, bags a better seat.. I just need the studs, a lightbar and an FL front fender and it's pretty much a heritage. hehe Nice bike you have there as well.. I've owned both.. An old '90 Heritage and an '04 Fatty. I'm kinda sold on the Heritage these days.. Just comes with more stuff. Yeah clean is clean, but the Heritage is THE classic FL softail in my mind. The best customs I've ever seen were low slung slammed heritages with tons of chrome and a '50's hotrod look with bright two-tone paint. That's the look I want to do to my fatty someday. I think that was what they were after with the design of the Deluxe.

Yea, Heritage Classic's with "old school" tow-tone paint jobs are sweet. Take gconklin's Heritage for instance. That paint looks classic!

New to the board, here's my 2001 FLSTFI. This is my first Harley and I must say that I now know what riding a Harley is all about. I'll post some better pics when I take them.

First Harley....love it. Picture taken on Skyline Drive just north of Thorton Gap.

that FB looks exactly like the one parked in my garage.....good choice! Have you noticed the offset on the front fender?

Dugan, yes I noticed the offset. If HD considers it to be an "issue" subject to recall, I am sure they will take care of it. Until then, unless I'm told otherwise, I am enjoying my ride every day.
