Thanks Dog for the compliment and the reposting... I am really enjoying her too.

I checked out your gallery of your's... what a nice ride. I love the laced wheels.

Right back at ya! Just keep your posts up to qualify for Bike of the Month. You shouldn't have any problems getting nominated with that ride.

Take care,

Paul

Hey Lihrvy, nice looking bike...quick question - What did you need to do to the rear signals to mount those saddle bags? Mine should be here tomorrow but I dont know what I am going to need to mount my signals. thanks.
icdred - Sorry about the delay. I haven't hit the keyboard lately, been busy. Used the H-D turn signal relocation kit because my sissy bar has the quick release brackets. I don't think you need them unless you go with the QR sissy bar but the H-D P&A catalog is a bit hard to navigate. The kit (PN 53692-96) replaces the elongated stalk with a straight tube to increase the separation of the turn signals from the back of the bags. It would be pretty tight back there without using the kit but it does look a lot better in stock trim, if it will fit.

My bags finally came in and I got them installed. I had to do a little modification to them so I could keep my quick release sissy bar but all in all I like them. They are a bit small though...

Very cool spokes Rick. Look terrific!
You can answer the question now about how much a difference can be felt with crosswinds on solid wheels vs spokes or other.
