Couple of folks had asked to see some updated pics of my Fatboy with the new wheels. So, here they are:

Performance Machine Villians. Weld Racing has a similar design wheel which I wanted because WR warranties their chrome for five years as opposed to 1 year for everyone else (except Harley which is 90 days). Anyway, my local bike shop offered me such a great deal on the PM wheels, I just couldn't pass on them. I'm hoping they'll offer me a similar deal on the matching rotors and pulley.

nice wheels fletch.....hell of a nice looking bike. Here is my latest baby, but it should probably be posted in the touring section. The pic quality probably isnt very good because it is scanned photo that the dealer took.

Beautiful bike eddy. Nothing more classy that a white bike (IMHO).

Ah man! I think the solids look best on the silver fatboys like yours. On my black one, sure but I think the stock cast wheels blend in nicely with the silver.. Might be just me but I still remember seeing the first fatboy when I was a kid in college.. Grey with those wheels.. like a steamroller rumbling by.

It's not the look that bothers me it's the wind factor.Especially going over the bridges those cross winds are really felt.

Boy - I really gotta agree wit Babs. I am pretty on and off about the soild wheels but with your balance of chrome and Silver skin, man its sooo sweeet! Bummer about the wind thing -

Thanks i appreciate the remarks but better safe than sorry.Who knows i may just get used to it and forget about the wind factor. And i just ordered chrome brake calipers for front and back to complement the wheels/rotors/sprocket that i have been contemplating. Was attempting to get what i needed a little at a time.Dont know how the chrome calipers would look without chrome wheels.
