PH, well from what I can determine is that the timing went nuts which caused it to implode.
The only parts I am reusing is the S&S crank, rods and lower cases. From their on up it's all new.
New S&S heads, pistons, rings, 600 cam, and new reed type S&S breather. All new bearings too.
Got it back last nite, will start on installing it tomorrow after work.
With the pistons we went with, it should be 10.5 to 1, can't wait to get it on a dyno.
Will have pics of some of it tomorrow!

Well Heck Tipn8er that sucks!!!! I wanted to come by and give you a hand but New Jersey is just to far for me! I'm down in the sticks (D.F.W.) but dude I want to see your DYNO when you are thru. I'm sorry for your bad luck too! The Tech. at harley shop wants to do my heads and cams, he says I would get a lot more H.P. & Tourqe, but I'm right on 100 & 100,and that is back wheel numbers, so plenty fast for me, and my wife would kill me! He is talking $2500.00! But since you are a wrench it might not be to bad, but sorry for your loss! I knew you had to be sick about it, let me know how it comes out! GOOD LUCK! PURPLE HAZE.
