I just swapped Fat Cat baffles, from the regular to the quiet one, on my 2005 SE Fat Boy. The regular was too loud for my taste, so I removed it and it is for sale. It is full metal so it can not be wrapped with sound deadening material.
The quiet baffle cost me $159 shipped to my door. I assume the regular is in the same price range so $50 would be a great deal.
The baffle looks like the top center one on the attached link. You can go to the "how to remove baffle" part of the link and it shows drawings of the regular and quiet baffles.
The link is for the full exhaust. I would guess this particular baffle fits several different models of the Fat Cat exhaust.
If someone is interested they can call D&D to see if this baffle fits their fat cat.
