There is one flaw on the material of the seat, it was there when purchased new from Mustang, and does NOT impact the integrity of the seat.

Very interested in this, any idea if the detachable sissy bar will fit over it?

 

I had non-quick detach bar and pad, and it fit just fine. Can't comment on the QD bar, but I believe they generally sit the same on the bike.

 

Thanks Southpaw, after looking into it some more I think I'm going to try and find one with the adjustable back rest. Broke my back years ago in an airplane crash and anything over 50 miles without a break on the stock NT seat just kills me.
