Default Saddlemen Explorer Seat w/ backrest

Part number 806-12-030. Almost brand new. I bought this seat, put it on my bike rode it less than 100 miles and wife decided she didn't like it. I'm not sure why... but I'm now looking for seat number 5 to try on my bike!!

You can see the seat here. My loss = your gain.

I'll sell it for $400 shipped to lower 48.

Wish me luck on finding a seat that we both like!!

I wanted to test ride this seat when Drag Specialties came to town but they did not have one. My big question I have been asking others selling seats is: How far forward does it move you?

It's hard to say, but I can describe it like this:

A little forward of the stock, but WAY less forward than the Harley Signature Series seat!!! I'd hate to put a number on it because as soon as I did, someone else would tell me I was wrong. But I can say that the the small amount I was moved forward was insignificant to me. If my wife liked the seat... I'd be keeping it.

I need to post a pic of this seat on my bike. To be honest... I'm not sure if it pushes you forward any or if I just felt like it was because the backrest was keeping me more upright. I'll take pics tonight and post.
