I bought a signature series seat, part number 51985-08, for my 2012 Fatboy (non-studded). This seat is the only HD seat with a backrest. Seats are very personal. This one just didn't work for me. Wife is pissed because she loves it!! See the seat here. $529.99 new.... plus tax. I only have about 200 miles on it so it is practically new.

Sell for $450 shipped (no tax!!). If you live near Vegas or northern LA (near I15 and 395) I could deliver and discount shipping costs.

 

How far does the seat move you forward? I have a mustang that moves too far forward.

 

I'm not sure how far forward... but it is a bit. An inch or two? I'm 6' and the push forward was not my concern. The nice thing is that I could lean back against the back rest and not have to hang on to the handlebars. The backrest adjusts forward and back. I actually adjusted it just a bit forward from full back and my arms were almost straight. I just didn't work with the *** part. On my goldwing I had 6 seats before I found one I liked. I guess I have a sensitive ***.
