FatBoy solo Rider's seat (Mean City Cycles improved)
FOR SALE:
Stock solo rider seat from my 2012 Fatboy that has been modified by Mean City Cycles with the "Double Decker Memory Foam Mod. Very comfortable and no change in riding position.
Price: $165 OBO shipped from Florida.
Pay the full price and I'll throw in the separate passenger seat (not modified).
The photos show a slide-in backrest mount between the seats, but it's not included and did not change the seat in any way.

Nobody interested? This seat came off a new 2012 Fatboy I bought earlier this year so upholstery is like new. I recently had Mean City Cycles modify the seat with their "Double Decker Memory Foam Mod" for $150. MCC describes the modification like this: "we start by reshaping the seat for better comfort then add a 1 inch piece of 10 lb memory foam then we add a 5.5 lb 2 inch memory foam. This gives the seat a super plush feel. This modification keeps the sitting position is a near stock height." It's way more comfortable than the stock seat.
I'll lower the price to $150 and throw in the passenger seat and shipping.
Any takers?

Yes, the mod didn't change the upholstery, so it's exactly the same as the passenger seat. The mod is what's under the upholstery (two layers of memory foam, and a bit more dip in the middle that makes it a lot better for the tailbone). The passenger seat was not modified.
Reference your other question, the seat height was not changed.

I've got to hold out for $150. Here's the thing....it's a brand new 2012 driver and passenger seat, I paid $150 for the memory foam mod, plus $20 shipping both ways to Mean City Cycles. So I've got $190 in just the mod, and that doesn't count the value of the original seat.
