This seat has one season and 4800 miles of use.It has been rained on a couple times and never spent the night outside.There is one small flaw on the under side that will never be seen.The seat is as close to perfect as a used seat can be.It will be shipped in the original box which is 33x16x14.I want $175.00 plus shipping for the seat.I would take a rear pillion 52930-05 in trade as partial payment,thank you
