Detachable Backrest and Sport Two-Up Luggage Rack. Came off of my 2011 Heritage Softail Classic.

Part # for Luggage Rack is 53713-96A

Both are in excellent condition except for two small spots on the Luggage rack, you can see it in the pictures. The spots are on the underside and are not noticeable unless you look underneath the rack.
