Would you do it for $250? I have a 1993 softail I'd run it on, any idea about differences other than fender width, could you show me a picture of the bottom? Finally why did you take it off, I've heard these are extremely comfortable seats?
Your pics show a nick/cut on the side of the seat. Is that correct?
Nope. The seat is in near perfet condition. No nicks or cuts. If what you refer to is the picture that shows the Saddlemen logo, what you see is a piece of red clay dirt that did'nt get wiped before I took the pic.
are you sure its leather.. sure looks like vinyl in the pics and the description doesnt say leather, just the title.... and to answer the above ? it will fit a crossbones,, thats what im looking at it for,,, my crossbones... thx...
I just purchased a Saddlemen Explorer that was specifically sold as a "crossbones" version. It will not sit properly due to the posts for the original springer seat. I contacted Saddlemen, and they want me to take a bunch of pictures and send them to them. Should hear back from them in a couple of days.

Ignore my previous comment above. I figured out the posts were not welded, but actually a separate plate held on by two bolds. Removed it and the seat sits fine.
