It was on the bike when I purchased it and have since replaced it. Have all the hardware for mounting. Good condition with a few very minor blemishes underneath that I didn't know was there until I took it off.

Does it come with all mounting brackets?

 

Yes it does. Only requires one down under the passenger pegs.

Use the existing bolts already there. I have the instructions, or they are also available on the Cobra website.

I don't know for sure. Cobra website might could answer that question. They also have a tech dept that answers pretty quickly.
