If these are 53378-03A then it fits '00-later FXST, FXSTB, FXSTS, FLSTF, FLSTFB, '05-'06 FLSTN, '06 FLSTFSE2, and '07-later FXSTC and FLSTSB models. '07-later FXSTC models require separate purchase of fender mounted seat. '00-'02 models require separate purchase of Mounting Hardware Kit P/N 53388-03.
