This pipe came off my 05 SE Fatboy. I assume it will fit any Fat Boy. Chrome is in great shape except minor scratches which will be hidden by your foot plate and small blemish by the collector. I believe these are now $629 new. It sounds like a big block Chevorlet. Not overly lound. 1 bracket is missing.
