My loss is your gain. I bought two of these things (a left and a right) for my '08 Fat Boy. Unfortunately, these only fit '06 and '07 models. Of course I did not realize this until I opened it and was well into the installation when I figured that something wasn't right; the spacing between the fender strut and fender strut cover just wasn't working - even though the holes lines up perfectly!!!&!*!%*%^)*&#^^&* The other one is still in the packaging and is returnable!!

Anyways. I have the BRAND NEW Chrome Tool Box as shown in the pic along with two (2) BRAND NEW keys and the instruction sheet. $50.00 plus shipping.

NOTE WELL: This ONLY fits '06 and '07 Soft tail models as indicated above (cut and paste from harley site) unless you want to be in my shoes and waste the better part of an hour only to be posting this up for sale at a loss.
