Black LED License Plate Bracket

Now don't go run screaming at the name of the vendor I got it from. The piece is actually quality, it just doesn't fit my bike. According to my custom guy, it will fit a pre-2000 EVO just fine.
It's a vertical axle-mount and has an LED tail/brake light as well as a white LED light to illuminate the plate.
I paid $169 for it. Will sell for $125.
