Here's the colorful description that Harley provides:

Comfort and attitude in one. This Street Slammer drag bar with 7" integrated risers offers a stylish alternative to separate curved risers, bars and handlebar clamp combinations, and reduces the stretch required to reach traditional straight bars. These beautifully chrome-plated 1-1/4" fat bars are factory drilled to accept hidden control wires for a clean custom look.

Fits '01-'05 FXDL, '99-later FXDWG, '06-'07 FXDB, '08-later FXDF and '00-later FX Softail® (except FXSTS, FXCW and FXCWC), FLSTF, FLSTN and FLSTC models. Also fits '03-'07 Road King® models with separate purchase of Handlebar Cover P/N 55854-07 and '04-'07 FLHRS with additional purchase of Wind Deflector Adaptor P/N 58157-07. All models require separate purchase of additional installation components.Does not fit with Heated Hand Grips, Hydraulic Clutch Kits, handlebar mounted gauges, or Road Tech™ Radio.

I might be interested in these. If they will fit a 2010 fatboy and also what were they on? Did you need to change anything like cables?

They came off my '07 Streetbob. I had them for sale in the Dyna section until I realized they fit other models so I put them up in the Softail and Touring sections as, apparently, they also fit certain years of Road Kings and different years and models of Softails. I always get confused with the abbreviations for the different models which is why I included the info from Harley in my first post. You might want to call your local dealer's parts guy and check.
As far as cables are concerned, I don't think they pull-back enough to where you'd need longer cables but, again, I'd check with someone.
