I have a brand new rear fender bib for a Softail Deluxe. May fit other bikes, I'm not certain.

I bought this for my Deluxe, and then ended up trading the bike in for a SG. I don't have any other hardware that came with it, really all you need is the screw to hold it to the fender hole that the passenger pillion mounts to.
