D&D Fat Cat Quiet Baffle 504-32QB
I purchased this pipe for my '06 Fatboy in March of last year and took it off in when I traded the Fatboy for an '09 Touring. It was on the bike for about 2,300 miles. I did a great deal of research before purchasing this pipe. It is truly and excellent combination of quality, sound, and performance. The quiet baffle produces more torque than the standard baffle with a more civil noise level, although it is not what you would call a quiet pipe.
The pipe is in excellent condition. There are a few small boot scuffs and bug splats that I could not quite rub out. There is a small scratch, about 4" long, on the bottom of the muffler where I drug once making a sharp right turn. It is not visible and I didn't know it was there until I took the pipe off.
It was manufactured with exhaust bungs and bung plugs installed. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included. D&D lists this pipe for 2000-2008 Softails, but check with them to confirm fitment of your specific bike.
I paid $599 for the pipe from M&M Cycle. I am asking $450 and willing to help with shipping within continental US.

Not to change the subject, but what bike did you get? I've had my 07 fatboy for only one season and have a good friend that wants to sell me his 07 Ultra Classic. I haven't ridden it yet myself, but am assuming it will be a BIG difference. Sure would be a lot nicer for the open road, but wondering if you notice a big difference putzing around town.. if you do any. I'm pretty small framed, 17lbs wet. Don't know if it would be too much bike or not?

I traded my Fatboy for a Road Glide. Last year was my first year riding and I bought the FB used. The RG is different in town than the FB, but I would not say more difficult. It is taller, and I think the 09 Touring bikes are taller than an 07s.
I rode an Ultra and compared to the RG it seemed quite a bit more top heavy and noticably more difficult at slow speeds, although I am sure I would get used to it. I was immediately comfortable on the RG coming off my FB. The hardest thing to get used to for me was the vibration at idle.
I am 6' 1" and the Ultra also seemed a little cramped for me vs. the FB, not so the RG.
