OK, looks like it will fit according to Corbin. There is a slight difference in how the passenger pillion mounts. Instead of mounting to the rider's seat it uses two bolt front and back of the pillion to mount directly to the fender. You just need a threaded insert in the rear fender. If you don't have one you can get it at the dealer. They are really cheap. Let me know if you are still interested.
