4" fat, heavy handlebar risers with gauge cover from my 2019 Breakout. Removed at 1511 miles. Fits 1.25" bars. They are in excellent condition and just need to be wiped down and installed. What you see is what you get... two risers and one top clamp/gauge cover.

Yes, this fits '18 to '23 Breakouts and with no change to factory wiring.
